Address Modifications & Order Cancellations If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at contact@jeweloasis.shop. Orders that have already entered the fulfillment process cannot be modified or canceled.

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Merchant Error): Free return. We provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping postage.
